SIU is a platform that connects buyers and sellers in Hanoi. SIU does not own, inspect, store, ship, or guarantee any item listed on the platform, and does not handle payments between users.

SIU is not responsible for: scams, fraud, misrepresented or counterfeit items, item quality or condition, damage, loss, returns, refunds, or any dispute that arises between a buyer and a seller.

You are solely responsible for verifying listings, meeting safely, inspecting goods before paying, and arranging delivery (e.g. via Grab, Be, Xanh SM or AhaMove). Trade at your own risk.

• Account information — email, display name, username, optional avatar, optional bio and selected district.
• Listings & uploads — photos, titles, descriptions, price, category, condition and location you publish.
• Messages — the content of messages you exchange with other users in our chat, so we can deliver them.
• Technical data — basic device and session information, and minimal analytics needed to keep the service running.
• Location — only if you tap "Near me", we read your device location once to suggest the nearest district. We do not track you in the background.

• To operate listings, search, chat and notifications.
• To protect the community against abuse, spam and fraud.
• To improve performance, reliability and product quality.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with the infrastructure providers required to run the service.

• Only list items you legally own and may sell.
• Do not post illegal, dangerous, counterfeit or prohibited items.
• Be respectful in messages; harassment is grounds for removal.
• Meet in public places, inspect before paying, and use trusted delivery.

You may edit your profile and delete your listings at any time from your profile page. To delete your account and associated data, contact us from the email tied to your account.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Continued use of SIU after an update means you accept the revised terms.
