Delete your SIU account

Option 1: In the app (instant)

• Open SIU and sign in.
• Go to Profile → Settings.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.
• Type DELETE to permanently delete your account.

Option 2: By email

If you can't use the app, email info@siuconnect.online from the email address registered to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account, email and password.
• Profile details: name, username, photo and bio.
• Your listings, requests and uploaded photos.
• Device push notification registrations.

What may be kept

• Messages you sent remain visible to the other person, shown as from “Deleted User”.
• Completed offers, bids and orders are kept for the other party with your personal details removed.
• Safety and moderation records may be kept for up to 24 months after a case closes, or longer where legally required.
